This week’s Secret Stash is an exciting release from my friend Christopher Feran of Aviary Coffee (Cleveland, Ohio)! This is an expressive Washed Pink Bourbon from Colombian producer Abelardo Medina with notes of Passionfruit, Oolong, Lemon, and Jasmine. As the coffee cools, I get a dynamic and clean passionfruit acidity that is harmoniously tied with a jasmine note. There is so much detail in this coffee and the extension of acidity is insane. If you’re into loud washed coffee this is gonna be right up your alley.
This coffee will open up 4-8 weeks off roast so I suggest you save some of the xpods to experience later on!
