This is Standout Coffee’s Anoxic Washed SL28 and it's one of the sweetest coffees we’ve tasted in recent times. When brewing this coffee expect delicate aromas of orange blossom to fill your room and when tasting you will find a tropical forward flavor profile of peach, sweet citrus, and molasses. As the cup cools, the cup becomes balanced with the sweetness taking a front seat. The cup profile then becomes syrupy, structured, with the tropical acidity underneath. This coffee is a great example of an expressive coffee that is sweetness forward!

 

Processing

Meticulously crafted to perfection, the SL28 beans undergo a 48-hour anoxic fermentation process. Starting with the hand-selection of the ripest cherries, the process includes floating to remove imperfections, depulping without water, and careful dry fermentation. The beans are then washed and slowly dried over 24 days before resting for stabilization. This dedication to detail results in a complex and beautifully clean flavor profile. -Standout Coffee
