This expression of Guatemalan caturra is sweet and balanced. We find a honey forward sweetness, hazelnut, and a green apple acidity as the coffee cools. We get good complexity in the cup with the honey notes tying into the green apple. The overall presentation is soft, balanced, and sweet making each sip super enjoyable! 

We recommend you rest this coffee for at least 2-3 weeks before tasting and find best results with at least 1 month of rest!
