In this second drop, you'll taste a new varietal called SL9 coming out of Peru! Expect dynamic tropical acidity, pronounced florals, and a clean and sweet finish. When hot there is a floral forward cup with layered acidity. Once cooled, the tropical acidity becomes incredibly structured and balances out the florality leaving a sweet and layered finish. We think this is a stellar representation of advancements in Peruvian coffee!
