This expression of gesha from Cerro Azul is fruity and expressive! We get a fruit medley of red, blue, and tropical fruits all mashed together. When cooled, a florality starts to appear tying everything together and the fruit acidity starts to pop even more. We suggest you pay attention to the layering and body of this one! 

 

Please let this coffee rest for at least 3 weeks before brewing! We find La Cabra's roasts to really open up.
