Cerro Miraflores Gesha

This is an exciting and very impressive coffee that I want to share with you all from Flower Child Coffee! This Gesha from Cerro Miraflores is super layered, complex, and silky bursting with grapes, tropical acidity, and florality. What is really interesting about this coffee is the texture and layered body! Oftentimes I find geshas to be extremely delicate and tea-like but this coffee has a very high body and sweetness with boosted complexity. Once this coffee cools, the layered body and tropical acidity becomes very structured. At the end of the tropical acidity I find grapes and the overall finish is clean and there’s a long linger of sweetness. As always, let this coffee rest for at least 3-4 weeks and let it cool before tasting!
