Cup of Excellence Honduras Box Set - 2025 Honduras Duo Box Set

This box set includes Honduras Cup of Excellence El Itacayo #9 Gesha and Las Acacias #10 Pacas. Itacayo won COE #9 in the Exotic category and is popping with rhubarb, bright red fruits, with a creamy body. While Las Acacias won COE #10 in the Traditional category popping with clean tropical and citrus acidity and a cotton candy sweetness! These two coffees are a fantastic representation of high quality coffees coming out of Honduras and are equally expressive. 

 

We suggest you taste these two side by side to see the differences in varietal! Both of these coffees are anaerobic washed and from Honduras so you'll be able to experience differences in producer and varietal. One coffee tastes very red while the other tastes orange so the expressions are very different! We would brew these side by side and let them cool to taste. 

Please let these coffees rest for at least 3 weeks before brewing! We find washed process coffees from Prodigal to require rest and taste even better with age.
