We recommend you let this coffee cool to almost room temperature before tasting! Once cooled, red stonefruits begin peeking through and are harmoniously tied to the pineapple acidity creating a layered acidity presentation. This is a coffee you can push in a variety of directions and we suggest you experiment with recipes when brewing.
