El Triangulo Geisha - Washed Gesha (2025)
This classic washed geisha is back! We taste bright tropical acidity, lavender florality, and a honeydew sweetness. This is a lovely expression of clean washed coffee coming out of Honduras and we are happy to be featuring more coffee from Wingo! With this coffee the biggest differences will come with resting time. We find the florals to really pop with more and more resting time and the overall presentation to become much more intense.
With Apollon's Gold coffees please let them rest for at least 45-60 days before brewing. For this coffee we even suggest you rest it out for 75-90 days and see how the coffee transforms over time!
