This week’s coffee is Kagumoini from Apollon’s Gold! This is the first Kenyan Coffee I’ve featured on Secret Stash and has notes of Mango, Lemon Zest, Passion Fruit, White Peach, and Lavender. I have really been enjoying this coffee as it has that lively mango kenyan fruit juice acidity! In the finish I get a lot of nice sweetness with a lavender note. This coffee should really start opening up about 1-2 weeks after you get the coffee in. I suggest you experiment with different recipes on this one to see what flavors you can extract.
