Laayyoo Double Layered Natural

This Ethiopian natural is CLEAN. We taste sweet Melon, Guava like acidity, and a clean finish. It's fascinating how clean and expressive this coffee is considering it is naturally processed. Two layers of cherries are spread during drying slowing down the process creating a very complex fermentation and the resulting cup is bursting with fruits. You'd expect this type of processing to create more funk but the result is a very vibrant and clean cup. 

 

Please let this coffee rest for at least 2-3 weeks before brewing!
