O Night Divine - Ecuador & Colombia, Holiday Blend

This is a super sweet and clean presentation of a holiday themed blend combining two well processed coffees from Ecuador and Colombia! We taste an apple forward sweetness, crisp red fruits like cranberries, and a sweet and clean finish! This is super easy to drink and can be brewed with a variety of recipes. Longer brew times result in more sweet brown sugars while a faster brew brings out more sweet apple acidity! This is a sweeeet coffee to enjoy with friends and family over the holidays.

This is Prodigal's inaugural holiday blend, featuring ultra-fresh coffees from two of our favorite growing regions, Ecuador and Colombia. We're roasting this coffee medium-light (a little darker than typical Prodigal coffees). This coffee is reminiscent of warm apple pie, with tart cranberry, red apple, and brown sugar flavors. It's perky yet balanced, with just enough fruity flavor to be interesting and unique, while still being cozy and chuggable. We loved putting this blend together, and we hope you love it too.
