Peru Cup of Excellence #2 Gesha Bourbon Washed [Score 90.21]

This is one of the most floral and clean coffees that we've ever come across and it is an absolute delight to drink. This Gesha Bourbon placed #2 in Peru's Cup of Excellence competition with a 90.21 cup score. In the cup we find intense florality, structured tropical acidity such as pineapple and peach, with a sweet and clean finish. Each part of the cup is harmonious and the presentation is layered and complex. This truly a premium coffee and we hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we have. 

 

Please let this coffee rest for at least 3 weeks before brewing and experiment with various recipes. We have found this coffee to perform fantastic at longer ratios such 1:17-1:18.
