The high altitude in the Mantiqueira de Minas, alongside the Arara varietal, leads to flavour intensity in the cup, with notes of ripe peach and hazelnut.

 

This is a very unique expression of a newer varietal called Arara coming from Brazil! We find a sweet and balanced profile you may expect out of a Brazillian coffee, however the acidity is quite pronounced and forward. Arara is a hybrid of Catuai and Obata and offers a more intense fruit character but with a comforting chocolate/nutty profile.
