Summer Panama Gesha Natural (125g)

This is a lovely expression of a naturally processed Panama Gesha! We find a fruit forward cup with notes of orange, lemon myrtle, and honey with a nice floral finish and high sweetness. If you have never had an expressive natural from Panama this will be a great introduction to this profile. We suggest you let this coffee cool and pay attention to the finish and mouthfeel. We've also found Manhattan's Filter roast levels to open up around 4-6 weeks+ off roast but suggest you experiment and see how the coffee opens up!

Roast Date 01/20/25 - 02/11/25

From Manhattan:

We have been working with the team at Finca Santa Teresa for years now and we are always taken back by the Geishas they produce! This coffee is from their famous ‘Summer’ plot, which produces shade-grown coffee from 12+ year old trees. This beautiful East facing plot extends up the mountain and sits at an average elevation of 1550 masl.

This is another great example of why we love Panamanian coffee so much!

Expect notes of orange, lemon myrtle and honey with a juicy mouthfeel.
