La Esperanza Tabi II
This week’s secret stash is La Esperanza Tabi II from Prodigal Coffee! In the cup you will find expressive notes of Nectarine, Blood Orange, and Vanilla. The profile to me is very sweet with a sugary body that envelopes a loud citrus acidity. I highly recommend you smell this coffee as it’s brewed as you’ll get a very impressive nectarine/citrus aroma. Once the coffee cools the citrus flavor notes become very structured and the finish becomes even sweeter!
FYI We requested this coffee a bit earlier so it would be rested and ready to brew when you get it in! This coffee should really pop 6-8 weeks off roast.
