This Secret Stash release is a super fun coffee from Botz Coffee (Munster, IN)! This is Tuke Yute which is one of the most interesting Ethiopian naturals I have tasted in recent memory. This coffee is loud, expressive, and has huge aromatics. In the cup I’ve been very impressed with the acidity presentation (I get a strawberry syrup note) and the level of cleanliness for a natural.
