This unique expression of SL28 from Uganda is bursting with red fruit acidity and sweet milk chocolate notes! When hot, we taste sweet red cranberries reminding us of a Thanksgiving cranberry sauce, a rose florality, and a sweet chocolate finish. When cooled, the red fruit notes become much more structured and a plum acidity starts to appear. Following the acidity are undertones of milk chocolate which is characteristic of Ugandan coffees. Sipping on this coffee is a delightful sweet treat! This is a great gateway introduction to naturally processed coffee and a wonderful presentation of Ugandan terroir.
For optimal results you can rest this coffee for 3-4 weeks!

This natural is produced with the production team from Long Miles Burundi, in collaboration with the producers of this area.
