This is our first time featuring a coffee of the Laurina varietal! Laurina is a low caffeine varietal that generally has 50-60% less caffeine than typical arabica coffees. Despite the lower caffeine content, this doesn't mean this coffee is lacking any flavor! The cup is expressive and popping with vibrant acidity, strawberry sweetness, delicate florals, and a cardamom finish. Once cooled, a structured grape like acidity pops through and the entire cup becomes even sweeter. This coffee is a fun one and can be enjoyed any time of the day!
Please rest this coffee for at least 2-3 weeks before brewing and experiment with different recipes to push out different types of acidity.
