Yaye is a expressive ethiopian lot that we've really been enjoying. This is a fantastic expression of high altitude Ethiopian coffees. We taste so much structured acidity in the form of a watermelon acidity with lychee sweetness. When cooled we get a lovely florality on the palate!
Please let this coffee rest for at least 3-4 weeks before brewing.
