Yesica Moreno Chiroso
This is a fantastic introduction to expressive washed coffee! In the cup we find ripe strawberries, loud tropical acidity, and a floral and clean finish. The acidity in this coffee is very structured, clean, and layered with intense notes underneath. Once the coffee cools down, the tropical acidity becomes even louder and well tied to a sweet finish that is very floral. This also might be the first time you’ve ever tasted a Chiroso! We often find Chirosos to be sweetness forward with nice herbality. What’s interesting about Yesica’s presentation of Chiroso is a level of intense acidity. We think this will be an incredibly memorable cup!
